• Apple App Store: All subscription and payment processing is securely managed by Apple Inc.
• Diagnostic & Telemetry: Optional crash reports provided via Apple’s native opt-in developer telemetry.

4. Data Retention and Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, destruction, or disclosure. Because our architectures prioritize local storage and direct iCloud synchronization, Peakloop does not maintain centralized databases of your personal application data.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to promptly remove such information.

Because our apps prioritize on-device and user-controlled iCloud storage, you can delete your data directly by deleting the application or clearing iCloud app storage.
